National ACE empowers AAPI and small businesses and entrepreneurs through access to resources and opportunities for growth. National ACE seeks to improve the overall economic, political, and social well-being of AAPIs and all small business owners by removing barriers to starting, retaining, and growing a business.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) was created in 1953 as an independent agency of the federal government to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise, and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.

Illinois EDC is the state’s economic development organization and a key partner of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) in business attraction efforts. Illinois EDC connects companies with its network of partners and provides essential data, site selection assistance, and guidance to ensure successful business operations.

The Illinois MBDA Business Center, part of the national Minority Business Development Agency, provides business development and capacity-building services to help minority-owned businesses secure capital, access new markets, and compete for contracts.
