Job Opportunity: Social Media Manager at SAACCIL

Are you passionate about social media and looking to make an impact in the business world? The South Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Illinois (SAACCIL) is seeking a creative and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost SAACCIL’s online presence.
• Create engaging content for multiple platforms, highlighting the Chamber’s events and initiatives.
• Attend and cover key events, creating real-time social media posts and press coverage.
• Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics to ensure ongoing improvement.
• Respond to inquiries and manage interactions on all platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute social media campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and integrate best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to attend events and provide real-time coverage.
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.

Location: Lincolnwood, IL, On-site only
