The Illinois Restaurant Association, in partnership with the Chicago Department of Health, is excited to present the Summer Festival Sanitation Certification Class. This detailed and informative 2.5-hour course is mandatory for all summer festival food service vendors and encompasses all aspects of outdoor food handling and effective festival sanitation practices.
The IRA also offers Private Classes at your location in English and Spanish for groups of 10 or more. Call at 312-787-4000 to arrange for a private class.
