Childcare Business Program is designed to provide business insight to established childcare entrepreneurs for home and center-based businesses.
Elevate program participants will follow a process to grow their business, develop a marketing strategy, learn operational best practices, and sound methods for managing their childcare business financials.
During this cohort you will learn how to grow outside from your home to a center and how to be more profitable and efficient.
At the end of this cohort, you will leave with a 1 year growth plan.
